Old Fort Update - Geotechnical Specialists Working In Assessment Area, June 15-16

The Minister of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness issued a Ministerial Order directing the Peace River Regional District to conduct a point-in-time geotechnical assessment of the slopes above the community. This assessment will provide technical information on current slope conditions. It is not a long-term monitoring program.

Geotechnical specialists will be working within the assessment area on the afternoon of Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16.
