Description and Proposal

The Peace River Regional District is considering the proposal to vary the maximum allowable accessory building floor area from 232 m² (2496 ft²) to 320m² (3444 ft²), to accommodate the construction of a 52'x60' shop with lean-to, together with the existing 12'x27' shed.
