Agendas and Minutes

You can view Peace River Regional District Board or Committee agendas, minutes and video sections next to each meeting date. Agendas outline the topics in a upcoming meeting. We upload the agendas for upcoming meetings on the Friday around 4:00 p.m. the week before the meeting. The agenda may be republished on the following Monday.

After a meeting, you can view the minutes, which are written records of what happened during that meeting. They include some key points from the discussions, decisions made and actions to be taken. Minutes are added to the website after they have been adopted at the next meeting.

You can view meeting videos when they are available within three days afterwards.
