The North Peace Regional Park, also known as the North Peace Fall Fair Grounds, is a treasured gathering place located at 15177 Rose Prairie Road in the Peace River Regional District. This park serves as the home of the annual North Peace Fall Fair and has been an essential part of the community’s heritage and culture for decades. It continues to bring people together to celebrate family and organizational gatherings, agriculture and local talent.

Park History

For over 75 years, the North Peace Regional Park has been the venue of the North Peace Fall Fair, as well as hosting countless events and creating cherished memories for residents and visitors alike. We are honoured to steward this important public space, which is operated by the North Peace Fall Fair Society under an agreement. The success and longevity of the fair are a testament to the tireless dedication of the society’s volunteers, whose passion has shaped the fair into the beloved tradition it is today. The park remains a vital space for connection, celebration and community pride.

Rules and Regulations

Before you get to the park, please review the park rules and regulations to keep in mind:

When using a day-use park, make sure that you follow the rules and regulations:

  • Open from dawn until dusk 

  • Respect other park users as these are shared spaces for everyone to enjoy 

  • Keep pets leashed at all times 

  • Clean up after your pets and use designated disposal containers for their waste 

  • Drive and park on marked designated roadways and parking areas only 

  • Follow posted speed limits and road signs 

  • Put garbage and recycling in the provided receptacles 

  • No overnight camping permitted 

  • Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits when allowed by BC Wildfire Service 

  • Extinguish all campfires before leaving 

  • All fireworks and firearms are prohibited 

  • Alcohol and cannabis consumption is prohibited 

  • Respect all wildlife within the park and refrain from disturbing their natural habitat 

  • Store all food securely to prevent scavenging by wildlife
