Come and enjoy the Iver Johnson Memorial Community Park located at 6939 Middlemiss Subdivision, Hasler Flat in the Peace River Regional District. It's a perfect spot for small gatherings and outdoor fun. With a playground for kids, a half-court basketball court with a hoop, a picnic table, a convenient outhouse and open spaces with a picnic table to relax, this day-use park offers something for everyone. Take advantage of this great space to connect with friends, family and neighbors.

Park History

We have operated the Iver Johnson Memorial Community Park since 1995 and have since added park equipment, signs, a fence and a half-court basketball court. For several years, the Hasler Flat Community Group maintained the park. In 2017, the community asked for upgrades to make the park a better gathering space with a safe play area for kids. In 2021, the first phase of redevelopment was completed with the addition of an outhouse and a playground. We thank Enbridge for their generous financial support in helping install the playground.
