Discover Blackfoot Regional Park, a picturesque natural retreat offering breathtaking views of the Peace River, unique forest trails and wildlife. Nestled at 2098 Rolla Road in Clayhurst, it's conveniently located 75 km east of Fort St. John and 51 km north of Dawson Creek.

The park provides everything you need for a comfortable visit, including well-maintained walking trails and a day-use area open from dawn to dusk. Campers will appreciate the new campsites, available with or without electrical hook-ups, each equipped with outhouses, fire pits, and picnic tables. Firewood is available for purchase on-site, and a dedicated park caretaker is always there to assist.

Blackfoot Regional Park also holds historical significance, situated near the former Clayhurst ferry crossing, which connected communities until the Don Phillips Bridge opened in 1986. The park itself was established by local residents in 1972 and has been maintained by the Regional District since 1988.

Please Keep in Mind

If you're camping in other sites, you can leave your vehicle on the back of its owner’s truck or trailer while in the that campsite.  You may unload ATVs from trucks or trailers in the parking area and then drive them out of the park through the ATV area. When you return to the park, you must load the ATVs back on the truck or trailer.
