Recreational Trails Grant-in-Aid
The Peace River Regional District offers regional grant funding to help eligible not-for-profit organizations with extra financial support. This funding is designed to help you start a project to develop, maintain and improve recreational trails. If your organization uses trails that are public use, this grant could be for you. To be eligible, your organization must be:
- Be registered non-profit society in good standing with the Province of BC
- Be based in the PRRD
How to Apply
To apply, please email us your completed application before November 15 of the current year. Please note that we do not accept any late applications.
You will need to fill out the Trails Annual Report to let us know how your organization used the Recreational Trails Grant and the progress made on your project. This includes activities completed or started as well as your project's progress. If you make changes to your project and its requirements and funding, please complete the Trails Funding Amendment Form. You can view the Recreational Trails Grant-in-Aid Policy for more information.
