Service Disruption, Select Transfer Stations Temporarily Closed September 7

The following PRRD Transfer Stations are temporarily unavailable on Sunday, September 7, 2025, due to a planned power outage by BC Hydro:

• Prespatou Transfer Station

• Wonowon Transfer Station

• Buick Creek Transfer Station

• Cecil Lake Transfer Station

• Rose Prairie Transfer Station

• Upper Halfway Transfer Station

Regular operations will resume on Monday, September 8, 2025.

Residents can view the full list of landfills and transfer stations to access the nearest alternative during this time.
