The Peace River Regional District (PRRD)  invites qualified proponents to submit quotations for the RFQ 51-2025 Janitorial Services.

How to Submit Your Bid

All bids must be submitted online through our electronic submission portal:

Submission Deadline

Your bid for RFQ 51-2025 Janitorial Services  must be uploaded and finalized before November 25 2025, 2 PM MST.

We strongly recommend starting the upload process at least one day before the deadline to ensure you have enough time to complete your submission.

How Bids Will Be Evaluated

Bids will be evaluated based on:

  • Experience

  • References

  • Completeness of the bid

  • Price

  • Other factors determined by the Regional District.


Conditions

The Peace River Regional District can accept or reject any bid, and we may overlook minor issues at our discretion. The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted. We also reserve the right to discuss terms and conditions with the chosen bidder.
