Description The Peace River Regional District invites the submission of a quote to complete all, or a portion of the following work at our Rolla Sewage Treatment Facility located at 5311 209 Rd, Rolla BC, V1C 2G0: 1. The drilling and completion of three groundwater monitoring wells. 2. Work to the system outflow including: a. Adjusting and anchoring of the instream diffuser head. b. Re-installation of concrete anchor blocks. c. Repairs to a broken flume manhole discharge pipe. d. Regrading and hydro seeding of the downslope of the discharge pipe. 3. Repairs and relocation of the wet well overflow discharge. 4. Roadwork on the site.

Submission Deadline

Your bid for RFQ 20-2026 Monitoring Wells and Groundwork at the Rolla Sewer Treatment Facility must be uploaded and finalized before June 11 2026, 2 PM MST.

We strongly recommend starting the upload process at least one day before the deadline to ensure you have enough time to complete your submission.

How Bids Will Be Evaluated

Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the quote, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.


Conditions

The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to waive irregularities at its own discretion.  The lowest or any quote will not necessarily be accepted.  The Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
