Submission Deadline

Your bid for RFP 44-2025 Public Notification and Emergency Route Planning Assessment must be uploaded and finalized before October 23 2025, 2 PM MST.

The Peace River Regional District can accept or reject any bid, and we may overlook minor issues at our discretion. The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted. We also reserve the right to discuss terms and conditions with the chosen bidder.
