Description The Peace River Regional District (Regional District) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firm to perform a conformance review and update the existing Design, Operating, and Closure Plans (DOCPs) for the Bessborough (BBLF), Chetwynd (CHLF) and North Peace Regional (NPRLF) Landfills.

Submission Deadline

Your bid for RFP 43-2025 PRRD Active Landfill Conformance Review and Design, Operations, and Closure Plan (DOCP) Updates must be uploaded and finalized before September 12 2025, 2PM MST.

The Peace River Regional District can accept or reject any bid, and we may overlook minor issues at our discretion. The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted. We also reserve the right to discuss terms and conditions with the chosen bidder.
