| Description | This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Peace River Regional District (“PRRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the North Peace Park – Building Demolition project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) and the attached project Scope of Work. The PRRD is seeking qualified proponents to provide demolition services for two structures on site: • One fully decommissioned building (#6) requiring full demolition, electrical panel modification, protection, relocation, and installation • One building addition (#8) requiring selective demolition, remedial work, and reinstatement of the remaining structure The successful proponent shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, temporary works, coordination, permits, safety measures, disposal services, and incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the RFP documents, drawings, specifications, applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. |
