Access Water Account and Credits

You can create an account by signing up for a water account online or by visiting one of the Peace River Regional District offices in Fort St. John or Dawson Creek. You can also call 250-784-3200 to register by phone during our regular office hours.

Buying Water Credits

Once you have registered, you can buy water credits online anytime from any device. These credits let you access any potable water station using your unique access code and PIN.

For instructions on setting up your account online, you can download the Water Station How-To Guide. You can also watch our tutorial videos for a step-by-step walkthrough on creating your account, making payments and setting an access code and PIN.
